Très bonne application
Une très bonne application pour ceux qui veulent soit débuter, soit compléter leur entraînement par des séances de poids de corps rythmées. Le concept permet denchaîner les exercices à son rythme et, pour une fois, sans AUCUN matériel... Seul bémol: les exercices ne sont pas détaillés, mais bon, la perfection nexiste pas. Je recommande cette app.
Unflexibel
Reines Cardio-Workout, zudem kann man zwischen den Übungen nicht springen. Jeder Übungstag ist strikt vorgegeben und ebenfalls nicht austauschbar. Auch die Abwechslung fehlt. Mühevoll gemacht, daher 2 Sterne. Bessere Bewertung leider nicht möglich.
