Hi I started Yoga a few weeks ago And I tried this app, it is kind of cool but I took the beginners class and I think it was very difficult, no explanation for the positions, the lady is moving very fast without explaining how and what it will do for our body... Honestly I didnt like it. As a beginners I need more help. Bye

Ich liebe diese App! Seit 3 Wochen hab ich sie täglich benutzt und bin jetzt zum Premium Member geworden! Es stimmt einfach alles! Leichte Bedienung, sehr gut beschriebene Asanas, tolle Videos für Anfänger und Profis! Zugleich synchronisiert es sich mit meinem iPhone und iPad einwandfrei. Nun kann ich meine Yoga Übungen überall machen & bin auf kein Studio angewiesen! Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen

Great Design, easy handling
Pretty app but clumsy.
This app has got so much potential. Its got a tasteful design (it fooled me so that I even bought the premium version) and fairly good content. The problem is the execution. Yoga academy is full of glitches that cause the app to crash. The guided yoga sessions are too fast - you hardly get into a position and it already throws in the next move. I believe yoga is about relaxing and breathing - the pacing of the sessions doesnt allow it. There is also no list of poses for each session - if youre new to this, you will have to watch the video first, write down all poses it contains, then go to a different section of the app, find the poses (scrolling through a very long list), read about them, learn/practice them yourself and first then you can attempt to exercise with the video. Its all a bit frustrating. I regret spending the money for the premium features. This app is not ripe yet. I hope there will be an update soon.
Schöne App, für ein Abo dürfte es mehr sein
Die App ist schön gemacht, allerdings fehlt komplett die Übungsvorschau für die einzelnen Sessions. Innerhalb der Sessions ist der b Bwegungsfluss leider etwas zu wenig flüssig und auch die Beschreibung der Übergänge von den einzelnen Posen mit der entsprechenden Atmung fehlt. Schön wäre auch die Angabe der Namen der Posen, da es so gelänge ohne Hinzuschauen den einzelnen Übungen zu folgen. Insgesamt aber eine gute App für zu Hause, mit der es Spaß macht Yoga alleine durchzuführen, die aber sicher noch Aufbaupotenzial hat
