Génial
Cette appli est super bien faite et dune efficacité remarquable. Jai eu peur dêtre déçu par une app de téléphone et suis parti avec un a priori négatif, mais jai eu tort ! Simple, efficace, progressif ! Elle a vraiment tout pour elle !

Super app avec une super prof toujours souriante. Langlais est élémentaire et avec la video accompagnant chaque exercice, aucun problème de compréhension. Allez jy retourne... one, two..
I do not recommend this for beginners
Les videos explicatives sont bien foutues. Mais en dehors de ca, je trouve que laccompagnement est mauvais. On lance la seance et une serie de videos explicatives sur comment faire l exercice, demarre. Mais aller au rythme des videos est impossible, il faut faire pause entre chaque video, ne serait ce que pour se placer pour l exercice suivant. ( mais les videos senchainent sans laisser ces qqs secondes de preparation ex: passer de debout à allongé sur un tapis) Le warm up dure 90secondes et ne fait que l echauffement de une jambe par exemple, cest tres rapide et a moins de stopper la video entre chaque exercice, je vois mal comment faire. Je ne recommande pas cette app pour les debutants. Je ne la recommande pas du tout. Les videos sont bien expliquees mais les seances sont a mon sens, mal pensées.
