Pas tres souple
Bien mais Dommage qu on ne puisse pas avoir plusieurs niveaux, plusieurs distances, c est nul de devoir telecharger deux appli juste pour une distance différente :(
Pas mal
Jattendais de finir 3k et de commencer 5k pour laisser un avis. Alors le voici, lapplication ma aidé à débuter dans le jogging en me disant 3 km cest déjà pas mal, mais si javais su je serais directement passé à 5k. 3k nest pas de bon conseil à aucun moment vous explique comment avoir une bonne respiration se qui est primordial, alors que 5k vous en parle des son 2 eme entraînement, je vous conseille de commencer directement par 5k qui reste une appli très sympa. ;)

... pour commencer à bouger ! Ultra débutante et pas sportive, javais besoin dêtre accompagnée sans avoir limpression dêtre le boulet à la jambe de mon accompagnateur. Avec cette appli, cest chose faite. Dommage quil ny ait pas de conseils pour apprendre à respirer mais il suffit de compléter avec internet...
