Here is GymBook, your fitness app to efficiently create, log and analyze your workouts at the gym - all in a beautiful and innovative user interface.

MANAGE YOUR WORKOUTS
• Create your workout with your own exercises or choose from the 50+ simple exercises with animated images and visualizations of the affected primary and secondary muscle groups
• Group and sort your exercises within a workout
• Define the sets, weight and reps you want to perform for each exercise
• Define different settings for your sets of an exercise (e.g. for warm up sets or pyramid training)
• Archive workouts you dont actively use and keep them for statistics or for later use

MANAGE YOUR EXERCISES
• Edit the preloaded exercises
• Create your own exercises (cardio and stretching exercises also supported)
• Assign a region, primary and secondary muscle groups and write down notes for your exercises

We work hard to improve GymBook and make your workout experience better. In this release, we have updated the app for iOS 17 and watchOS 10.

IMPORTANT: Discontinued support for watchOS 6; please do not update if you want to use GymBook for Apple Watch with an Apple Watch running watchOS 6.

In addition, on watchOS 10 we have completely redesigned and improved the logging experience. The logging screen now offers a brand new vertical tab navigation, with which you can access the most important screens by vertically moving through them. You will recognize this navigation paradigm from some of Apples apps on watchOS 10.
Also new on GymBook for Apple Watch:
- Exercise image
- Workout is not reset when getting new data
- Reuse "old" workouts if workouts of today are not available (please still make sure to periodically sync your data with GymBook on your iPhone, to avoid data loss)
We have been using the new version of GymBook for Apple Watch for a while now and, after a first adjustment workout, we now truly love it. We hope you do too!

Application devenu indispensable..

En moins dune semaine je me demande comment jai pu men passer. Jenlève une étoile car des mises à jour sont à faire. Jai pris le pack à 4€ pour avoir lapplication complète et je ne le regrette pas. Cependant il manque encore des exercices pourtant communs et il faut créer un mode "superset" les groupes ne suffisent pas à ce niveau là.

Je nai que très peu de choses négatives à dire sur cette application. Moi qui suis suivi par un coach à distance, les exports lui permettent de constater mon évolution et la quasi totalité des exercices quil me donne sont présents. Manque lexercice dabdo: "simple planks", avec la possibilité de voir lévolution du temps resté en position fixe. Suggestions: -Suivi de lévolutions physique (mesures/photos) -Possibilité de rajouter danciennes séances de sport (pour ceux qui ont déjà plusieurs séances et souhaite lintégrer à lapp)

Jai pas mal galéré a chercher une appli potable et celle la est vraiment bien, chrono intégré, vous pouvez créer vos exos, mettre le poids et les reps et suivre votre évolution, en plus a chaque fin de séance elle donne votre évolution par rapport a la dernière. Tout ça gratuitement, vraiment cool.

Excellente application !

Elle nécessite malgré tout une mise à jour de la montre (et peut-être aussi de liPhone) pour être parfaitement fonctionnelle. Il manque : - La possibilité de faire plusieurs fois le même exercice lors de la même cession. Ex : push-up au début dune séance puis à la fin; - Les variantes dexercices : développé-couché prise large, prise serrée...

Superbe application avec de nombreux exercices illustrés. Les développeurs répondent aux questions et demandes damélioration en moins de 24h. Pour linstant là meilleure application essayée.
