Lappliçation semble très interessant,mais hélas laudio nest oas traduite en français.. Donc exercices infaisables! Dommage... Un achat pour rien...

Jai découvert le yoga il y a environ un an avec cette appli et cest devenu une habitude quotidienne. JADORE !
Exercices complets et variés
Je pratiquais jusquà présent le yoga sur la Wii mais je souhaitais varier les exercices. Cette application est parfaite car elle propose des exercices pour des niveaux différents et à terme je pourrai même préparer mes propres programmes. Seul bémol : si vous voulez découvrir le yoga et que vous ne parlez pas anglais, cest sans doute compliqué car toutes les explications sont en anglais.
